- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Open to trade customers who purchase VARTA products from hsy during the Promotion Period. Employees of hsy, their immediate families, and employees of associated agencies, suppliers, retailers, or companies related to this promotion are not eligible.
- Qualifying Spend
- Spend a minimum of $2,500 (excl. GST) on VARTA products during the Promotion Period to receive one Ultimate BBQ Hamper (valued at $250).
- Spend a minimum of $3,500 (excl. GST) on VARTA products during the Promotion Period to receive one Ultimate BBQ Hamper plus a Firehawk Wireless Meat Probe Thermometer (valued at $99.95).
- Qualifying spend is calculated on invoice totals for VARTA products purchased within the Promotion Period.
- Warranty claims, credits, or returned goods will not be included when calculating qualifying spend.
- Reward Limits
- Strictly one (1) reward per customer account during the Promotion Period.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be retained and may be requested to confirm eligibility.
- Notification & Delivery
- Eligible customers will be notified within 5 business days of the promotion ending.
- Rewards will be delivered within the first 2 weeks of December 2025.
- Reward Conditions
- Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Rewards must be accepted as offered. If a reward (or part of it) is unavailable, hsy may substitute it with another of equal or greater value, subject to any legislative approval.
