Regional Manager – Ringwood, VIC
hsy autoparts RingwoodAs a Regional Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Southwest branches (VIC, SA, WA) operate efficiently, delivering top-tier service to our customers while developing and supporting high-performing teams. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading strategic initiatives, and aligning branch performance with national business objectives.
You’ll bring strategic acumen to identify opportunities, set priorities, and achieve sales KPIs across your region. This is a hands-on leadership role with interstate travel required to maintain strong site presence, support team development, and ensure alignment with hsy’s national operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with national leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver on company goals
Oversee daily operations across multiple branches within the Southwest Region
Drive strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

You’ll play a key part in making sure our parts get to the right place at the right time, keeping our customers (and their cars) moving. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team and get to know the nuts and bolts of our operations.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting a clean, well-organised, and safe warehouse environment
Picking and packing automotive parts orders accurately and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Completing daily deliveries in a safe and timely manner using a company vehicle
Assisting with stocktake, warehouse organisation, and general housekeeping
Coordinating courier pickups and communicating with drivers
Performing basic admin tasks (MS Office, inventory systems)
