A word from our GM, Peter Tippner …
As 2025 comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support and partnership throughout the year. It hasn’t been the easiest year for our industry, with rising costs, shifting customer behaviour, and continued pressure on workshops and suppliers alike. Even so, the resilience and commitment we’ve seen across our customer base has been remarkable.
Despite the challenges, there’s been a lot to be proud of. Our teams across the country have worked hard to keep service levels high, strengthen our supplier relationships, and continue improving the way we support your individual business. No matter the market conditions, our focus remains on being a reliable partner you can count on — helping your business navigate change, operate with confidence, and stay ahead of what’s next. Your feedback, loyalty, and trust have played a major part in helping us stay focused on what matters most.
As we head into the festive break, I hope you get the chance to step back, recharge, and spend some time with the people who matter. It’s been a big year for everyone, and the downtime is well deserved.
Looking ahead, we’re preparing for another strong year in 2026. One of the highlights will be the return of the EVOLVE Auto Festival to Melbourne on the 15th August, which will once again bring together workshops, suppliers, and industry leaders for a full day of learning and connection. We’re looking forward to sharing more as we get closer.
