Senior Parts Interpreter – O’Connor

As a Senior Parts Interpreter, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and internal team support. Working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams, you will process and interpret spare parts orders, resolve complex enquiries, and help drive team performance.

This is a hands-on role that requires deep product knowledge, a passion for customer service, and the confidence to mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpreting and processing spare parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing formal quotations on suitable parts based on vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability
• Managing more complex customer enquiries and providing high-level service
• Assisting in warehouse operations when required
• Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Supporting the development of junior team members through training and mentoring
• Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures

A valid Australian driver’s license is required.
